Daraus sind bereits nach kurzer Zeit gemeinsame Visionen und Konzepte entstanden. Ausgewählte Maßnahmen, wie z.B. die Ausarbeitung eines Berufsbildes für WissensmanagerInnen, wurden bereits umgesetzt, sodass wir über den Dialog hinaus auch sichtbare Ergebnisse vorweisen können.
Aus der Vielfalt der Ansprüche, Ziele und Ideen eine gemeinsame Strategie für Österreich zu entwickeln, stellt dabei eine mehrjährige Herausforderung dar. Die Wissenspartnerschaft hat sich auf den Weg gemacht und ein erstes Ergebnis erarbeitet, das nun im Rahmen der Konferenz vorgestellt wird. Ein erster Schritt ist also gesetzt, aber erst durch den weiterführenden Dialog kann sich daraus eine reife Wissensstrategie für Österreich entwickeln. On the Road to a Knowledge Strategy for Austria
The conference Agenda Knowledge is the culmination of a year-long cooperation of committed and highly motivated people who together hope to shape the knowledge society. The knowledge partnership, which was founded a year ago at the first conference, has remained as a platform and served as a network for experts and users from the most diverse social and professional backgrounds. In a very short span of time, shared visions and concepts have emerged. Selected measures have already been implemented, such as working out the exact job profile of a knowledge manager; we have visible results that go beyond dialogue.
A common strategy, developed out of a diversity of expectations, goals and ideas, poses a challenge that will stretch over many years. The knowledge partnership has forged ahead and is reaping the first results, which will be presented at the conference. A first step has been taken, but only through continued dialogue can we develop a seasoned knowledge strategy for Austria.
